When the Motor Broke: A Post by Wyatt

On the last day in the Amazon, we wanted to visit a village. So we got on a boat to drive to that village. When we were a couple minutes in, we heard a big crash. So we looked back and the motor fell off the back of the boat. So we had to paddle all the way back to the ARC, while paddling upstream while the river current was strong.

Finally, we got back to the ARC and it took about 20 minutes for them to put a new motor on the boat to get to the village. When it was done, we hopped back on the boat and went to the village. This motor went way faster than the other one and we made up all our time.

It was a very tiring adventure.

Us leaving the ARC for the first time, before our motor broke.
